About the role
- In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for students throughout their educational journey, helping them navigate academic challenges, stay on track toward graduation, and achieve their career aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic advising and support to a caseload of students.
- Assist students in developing academic success plans and overcoming barriers to completion.
- Collaborate with faculty, admissions, financial aid, and student services teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate student records and document advising interactions.
- Identify at-risk students and implement intervention strategies.
- Support orientation, registration, and student engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems.
