About the role
- We are seeking a bright, highly organized, and tech-savvy Residential Maintenance Manager to join our team full-time at our Bloomingdale HQ.
Responsibilities
- Closed-Loop Communication: Maintain swift, clear, and empathetic communication. Ensure 24- to 48-hour updates are delivered to residents and property owners on all active work orders.
- Turnover & Scope Coordination: Partner with our turnover team to prepare detailed repair scopes and estimates so owners have the information needed to approve work seamlessly.
- Tech-Forward Workflow: Harness property management software and AI tools (AppFolio, LeadSimple, Slack, Notion, Google Gemini) to maintain complete documentation compliance across the portfolio.
