- Understand and communicate BHHC's non admitted property product to the assigned wholesale agents Arrange virtual visits and in person travel to call on wholesale agents nationally.
- Act as decision maker within the territory regarding all levels of agency appointments, agency commitment levels, terminations, and other types of disciplinary actions.
- Identify possible opportunities for new business by working with agency partners to review in-force business and work with Company underwriters to assist in the acquisition and retention of larger accounts.
- Develop the marketing strategy for the assigned agents.
- In person travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent
- 3-5 years related work experience.
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and rating insurance products.
- Understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance.
- You excel in establishing and fostering relationships with larger insurance agencies.
- You are a big picture thinker and are able to develop marketing strategies for the assigned territory.
- You are able to work independently while collaborating with your team members.
- You are a goal-oriented person with excellent time management skills
- You have experience working with Wholesale Property Brokers and/or knowledge of Surplus Lines Insurance.
