Bachelor's Degree Required
3+ years of multi-unit or high-volume management (QSR, retail, automotive, car wash, or similar).
2+ years of management experience (i.e., car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate hourly teams.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new applications
Bachelor's Degree Required - Business Administration Degree preferred.
Business Administration Degree preferred. Associate's Degree or equivalent hands-on management experience accepted.
Demonstrated P&L ownership and data-driven decision making.
Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning tunnel equipment.
Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods in various weather conditions outside
Able to operate POS and other typical office machines

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience plus bonus eligibility!
