About the role

  • We're looking for a detail-driven, analytically sharp Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Own departmental budgeting cycles across the organization, partnering with department leads to build budgets and conduct ongoing Budget vs.
  • Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) reporting metrics such as Pipeline Generation and Sales Cycle Duration, and monitor week-over-week changes in Sales Forecast.
  • Manage commissions calculations, reporting, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, timely payouts, and clear documentation of methodology for sales and finance stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare presentations for department leads and the executive leadership team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and interpret financial data, providing insights that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support financial audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Use tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to build automated workflows that streamline financial reporting, variance analysis, and data reconciliation - and stay current on emerging AI applications for finance.

  • Actuals variance analysis, flagging risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and assess the financial viability of new projects or initiatives.
  • What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 2-5 years of relevant corporate finance experience.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, financial software).

Compensation

  • $90,000 - $100,000 annual salary with a 3% bonus.
  • Pay is commensurate with experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts for internal and external audiences.
