Responsibilities
- This is a field-first, feet-on-the-pavement role - you'll go building to building, meet property managers face to face, and sign them onto the Bilt platform.
- You're not waiting for inbound leads; you're out in your region every week creating your own pipeline.
- working a city block like a route, showing up at industry conferences, and building the relationships that turn into signed deals.
- Own a regional territory and drive net-new property manager acquisition, building by building
Nice to have
- Experience selling into multifamily, property management, or proptech Existing relationships with regional property management companies or REITs Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage pipeline
Compensation
- Our goal is to highlight when expectations and Bilt's salary range may be out of sync, and work with the candidate to determine whether it makes sense to continue conversations.
