About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual Spanish) - Remote Are you a bilingual recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finding exceptional field talent?
- Do you have experience recruiting skilled trades and construction professionals in highly competitive markets?
- This is a fully remote position responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring craft professionals and field employees.
Responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract top craft and field talent in competitive construction markets
- Partner closely with Operations leaders and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience recruiting for craft, field, skilled trades, or labor-intensive construction positions
- Experience recruiting for positions such as:
- Experience utilizing ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social media, and networking strategies
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
