About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of systems automation and process design across multiple teams or departments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools.
- Your ability to blend business insight with technical expertise will be key in aligning solutions with strategic goals.
Nice to have
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Background in regulated environments
