- The Internal Sales Agent role serves as a path to a future career as a Loan Originator or Business Development Specialist.
- Team members gain hands‑on experience using CCM's CRM and dialer systems, conducting outreach across multiple communication channels, and executing consistent follow‑up strategies to strengthen client relationships and generate new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships through phone, text, email, and social media.
- Re-engage past clients and older leads.
- Engage in daily coaching, training, and skill‑building exercises.
- You'll get unwavering support from all departments and total transparency from the top down.
Skills
- Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
- 1+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferred.
- Experience in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, preferred.
- Customer-service mindset.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Skill in completing a variety of tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Commitment to earning NMLS license in preparation for roles such as Business Development Specialist and Licensed Loan Officer.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and reliable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferred.
