About the role

DESRI is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join its team as an asset management analyst or associate, title to be commensurate based on experience.
The role also provides the opportunity to participate in the development, acquisition, and management of renewable energy assets in an inclusive and engaging work environment.
As a member of the Asset Management team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the performance of your assets and the firm's portfolio.

You'll monitor revenue generation, operating costs, and budget adherence; prepare financial reports and forecasts, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue streams; and collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
You'll also manage contracts and agreements related to renewable energy generation assets; monitor contract compliance, including performance guarantees, maintenance obligations, and reporting requirements; and collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate and review contracts.
You'll monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct analysis, develop and implement strategies to maximize energy output, minimize equipment failures, and extend asset lifespan.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, business administration, or a related field is required.
Familiarity with financial analysis, budgeting, and contract management
and a keen attention to detail are required.
Quarterly travel to your assigned assets, in addition to team meetings and stakeholder meetings, will be required.
