Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain risk monitoring systems and capital allocation algorithms for our onchain curator program
  • Support real-time portfolio risk tracking across chains and venues
  • Strategy Design & Execution
  • Design and operate bespoke trading strategies across DeFi protocols, including AMMs, lending markets, perpetuals, and structured products
  • Monitor deployed strategies and manage operational incidents across multiple blockchains
  • Assist in the design and negotiation of custom liquidity provision agreements with protocols, DAOs, and ecosystem funds
  • Support structuring of incentive arrangements, token agreements, and liquidity mining programs
  • Build Dream Teams.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in quantitative trading, systematic strategy research, or algorithmic development
  • Deep contract-level knowledge of DeFi protocol mechanics - AMMs (Uniswap, Curve, Orca), lending markets (Aave, Morpho), and other protocols
  • Degree in a quantitative field - Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, etc.

Compensation

  • $150,000 - $200,000 USD

  • This is a technically deep, high-ownership role at the intersection of algorithmic strategy, decentralized finance, and protocol-level market structure.
  • You will contribute across the full trading lifecycle - from building risk infrastructure and designing strategies to managing protocol relationships and structuring liquidity agreements.
  • Risk & Allocation
