About the role

Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and offboarding end to end, so day one feels seamless and the last day is airtight across HRIS, identity, and every app.
- This is our first dedicated IT hire: the person who will build and run IT end to end, from identity and device fleet to security, compliance, and the office itself.
- You're also the face of support: clearing the ticket queue against SLAs and giving white-glove help to everyone, executives included.

Compensation
- The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $140,000 - $175,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
- Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, interview performance, and internal equity.
