About the role
- Growth at WorkOS spans the entire customer journey.
- From a developer's first API call to enterprise deployment, you'll identify where customers find value, where they get stuck, and how we help them grow.
- This is a high-impact role with direct influence on company growth.
Responsibilities
- Own Product Growth across the WorkOS platform.
- Develop the strategy for how developers discover, adopt, and expand their use of WorkOS.
- Build and scale a product experimentation program.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ship improvements that increase customer adoption and business impact.
- Partner with Sales to strengthen the product-qualified lead motion and enterprise expansion path.
- You'll own activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention across the platform.
- You'll define how we measure success, build our experimentation practice, and partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of meaningful business outcomes.
- Experience leading growth, onboarding, monetization, activation, or retention for a developer platform, API product, infrastructure company, or B2B SaaS product.
- Experience with product-led growth.
- Experience with API or usage-based pricing models.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows and customer experience.
