About the role
- Schedule may expand to 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on days when both parents are not home.
- Some flexibility will be needed in order to accommodate date night and school early release coverage 1-2 times per month.
- Schedule may shift as the family's needs evolve.
Responsibilities
- Family Support & Child Assistance
- Create and maintain household organization systems throughout the home, particularly in the downstairs living areas
- Change batteries in kids' toys and maintain battery supplies
- Maintain a tidy and well-stocked laundry area
- Maintain running supply lists and contribute to household orders (Amazon, Costco, Target)
- Maintain a smoke-free environment.
- We are a busy family; between three children, three pets, and two working parents, our life is full and in need of support to bring more peace and organization to our home.
- Your top priorities in this role will be caring for our baby, creating household organization systems throughout the home, managing laundry, building and executing grocery lists, preparing 3-4 family-friendly dinners per week, and performing daily resets of our home.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Fragrance-free products required
- You are warm, grounded, and genuinely love being around children of all ages.
- You are systems-oriented and love creating order out of chaos.
Compensation
- Candidates are required to be up to date on recommended vaccinations in line with American Academy of Pediatrics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines (including Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis A/B, and annual influenza), subject to applicable legal accommodations
