About the role

  • The role emphasizes supporting production and warehouse employees across hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations, while also owning onboarding coordination for office employees and supporting sales training logistics.
  • Payroll responsibilities will be introduced and expanded over time in partnership with Finance and HR leadership.
  • This position will continue to grow into broader HR Generalist responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary HR support for production and warehouse employees across the employee lifecycle, in partnership with the Senior HR Generalist
  • Lead high-volume recruiting for production/warehouse roles
  • Partner with supervisors and operations leaders on hiring decisions
  • Manage candidate communication and experience
  • Own onboarding for all production/warehouse new hires
  • Support early employee experience (first 30-60-90 days)
  • Support employee relations in conjunction with the Senior HR Generalist

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with employees and supervisors across all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
  • Ability to balance administrative execution with employee-facing HR support

Nice to have

  • 2-5 years of HR experience (Coordinator or Generalist preferred)
  • Experience with payroll processing preferred
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, or LMS systems preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
