Responsibilities

  • Internal Controls & Regulatory Compliance: Assist in the formulation of internal controls, control documentation and policies to help the Company maintain a strong control environment.
  • This position will play a key role in analyzing financial results and helping our Company maintain a financial statement cadence and regiment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA preferred.
  • Approximately 4 years of increasingly relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial processes, internal controls (Sarbanes-Oxley a plus but not required).
  • Good communicator; ability and desire to interface cross-functionally, and with outside service providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with business unit and global management teams in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of accounting and financial software systems (PeopleSoft and OneStream preferred, but not required)
  • Strong Excel, Power BI and other data management capabilities required.
  • Detail and project oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Compensation

  • Annual Audit: Participate in relevant areas of the annual audit.
  • IL Base Pay Range
  • $100,000 - $110,000 USD
