Responsibilities
- Internal Controls & Regulatory Compliance: Assist in the formulation of internal controls, control documentation and policies to help the Company maintain a strong control environment.
- This position will play a key role in analyzing financial results and helping our Company maintain a financial statement cadence and regiment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA preferred.
- Approximately 4 years of increasingly relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial processes, internal controls (Sarbanes-Oxley a plus but not required).
- Good communicator; ability and desire to interface cross-functionally, and with outside service providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact with business unit and global management teams in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of accounting and financial software systems (PeopleSoft and OneStream preferred, but not required)
- Strong Excel, Power BI and other data management capabilities required.
- Detail and project oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Compensation
- Annual Audit: Participate in relevant areas of the annual audit.
- IL Base Pay Range
- $100,000 - $110,000 USD
