About the role
- Enhances SPW team performance by sharing practical project knowledge and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives focused on basic SPW tasks and processes.

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with SPW project managers, superintendents, and project teams to resolve standard technical questions related to self-perform scopes of work.
- Monitors SPW activity schedules and budgets, tracks labor productivity, and reports variances to support timely corrective actions for self-perform operations based on established guidelines.
- Supports the implementation of standard SPW-specific quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all phases of self-perform work.
- Prepares and maintains detailed SPW project documentation, including daily SPW crew reports, time and material logs, equipment usage records, and field change documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.
- OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.
