Responsibilities

  • Includes modifications or creating new applications to support production or strategic functions.
  • Maintain plant layout for area, develop alternative layout solutions to improve process flow, material presentation, material delivery, etc.
  • Maintain all ISO-9001 related documentation related to Mfg Eng to ensure compliance.
  • Establish and maintain visual management of ongoing (hot) projects.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country the position is located in at the time of application
  • Final candidate may be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
  • Design, specify, order, and coordinate fabrication of required carts, dollies, racks, etc.
  • Design, specify, order, and coordinate fabrication of required tools and fixtures.
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering with 4 years of related experience.
  • Or 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with manufacturing Engineering with advanced training in developing, coordinating and implementing advanced manufacturing systems required.
  • At least one year of project lead experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Demonstratable proficiency with stamping press principles and working in a Union Plant.

Compensation

  • We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $95,000 - $121,000 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Analyze area's annual Capital Spending Plan for project feasibility and implement as deemed necessary in regard to SQDCME Targets.
