About the role

  • Reporting to the COO, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO, COO, and executive team to enable sound decision-making, disciplined investment, and sustainable growth.
  • This is the right role for a sharp, commercially-minded finance leader who thrives in hands-on, high-growth environments.
  • You balance executive presence with humility, and are just as energised by improving a forecasting process or coaching a team member as you are by presenting to the Board.

Responsibilities

  • While we're mindful of time zones and occasionally collaborate outside the typical 9-5, we lean into async work to keep things flowing.
  • You bring deep expertise in strategic finance and corporate development, a strong grasp of SaaS and consumer internet business models, and the leadership ability to develop and scale a talented team.
  • You are energized by building - systems, processes, and businesses - and you operate with both analytical rigor and practical judgment.
  • We're looking for an ambitious finance leader who has developed strong executive judgment and commercial acumen, but who is still excited by the opportunity to build, learn and grow alongside the company.
  • Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to inform executive tradeoffs across growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.
  • Partner with the CEO and COO as a trusted strategic advisor on business model evolution, pricing strategy, monetization, margin expansion, and global expansion initiatives.
  • FP&A & Business Partnership Lead company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Operations, and G&A leaders to evaluate ROI, optimize spend, and drive disciplined investment decisions.
  • Support strong internal controls and audit readiness across jurisdictions, with an eye toward continuous improvement and scalability.
  • Cash Management & Treasury Own liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and capital management, ensuring the business maintains financial flexibility while supporting growth.
