About the role

  • The Sales Associate is the customer service specialist of the store.
  • They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, providing in depth product information about the goods they are interested in and closing the sale.
  • We are looking for holiday seasonal staff members to work from the months of August to December 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)
  • Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard, following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles and saying the 6 standard phrases.

Requirements

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
  • Must be available for at least 2 weeknights from 6 -11 PM and available all day on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
  • Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
  • Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol

Compensation

  • We offer competitive compensation for retail associates starting at $18.50/hour along with a clear path to promotion opportunities every 3 months based on individual performance!
  • The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
