Lead and support M&A, strategic transactions, and related financings from diligence through closing and integration, including transaction structuring
Structure, draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial and strategic agreements, including joint business proposals, advertising agreements, NDAs, and other complex commercial contracts.
By making it more transparent, effective, and responsible, we help support trusted journalism, quality entertainment, and creators worldwide.
The scale of our platform brings unique technical challenges - from processing massive datasets in real time to building systems that operate reliably on a global scale.

8+ years of in-house experience, or a combination of in-house and experience at an internationally/nationally recognized law firm experience.
Proven ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to non‑legal stakeholders.

Experience with post‑merger integration and scaling legal processes in a growing company environment is a plus.

At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.
