Responsibilities

  • Growth & Outreach: Lead site-specific growth initiatives and outreach efforts to drive patient engagement.
  • KPI Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven insights to optimize performance and support continuous improvement.
  • Central Operations Coordination: Collaborate closely with central operations teams (e.g., call center, triage) to support patient needs, resolve issues, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
  • Human Resources: Manage the full employee experience at the site-from interviewing and onboarding to training, development, and retention of staff.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory: Manage supply ordering and inventory management, ensuring essential supplies are always available.
  • Vendor Relations: Collaborate with external vendors, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Maintain and implement emergency operations plans, ensuring staff are trained and ready to respond effectively to any crisis.
