- 1. Serves as process owner for a functional area in processing transactions. Reviews documentation to ensure requests have been completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- 2. Identifies processing and workflow issues. Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of department operations by analyzing metrics and trends.
Requirements
- Minimum two years related experience required. Experience in operations processing preferred.
- High school degree or GED required. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience strongly preferred.
