Responsibilities

  • Own GTM hiring searches - Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and other go-to-market roles.
  • Build high-quality candidate pipelines - Proactively source and engage exceptional talent, leveraging outbound recruiting, referrals, talent communities, and market mapping to identify top performers before they enter the market.
  • Drive hiring process excellence - Ensure every search moves efficiently through the funnel by maintaining strong recruiter discipline, clear communication, and rigorous stakeholder management.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders - Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders on headcount planning, hiring strategy, organizational design, and talent market dynamics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring top talent across go-to-market functions including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships.
  • Proven ability to build and convert high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, relationship building, and thoughtful candidate engagement.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive successful hiring outcomes.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, leverage recruiting data, and maintain a high bar for process excellence.
