Many students come to these conversations feeling uncertain or overwhelmed, and your job is to meet them where they are, motivating them to move forward - if Campus is a good fit for their ambitions.

As an Admissions Counselor, you'll connect with prospective students daily - by phone, text, and email- to build trust, discover their goals, and guide them through the admissions process.
You'll help them understand what to expect, assess whether Campus is the right fit, and support them in taking the next step.
Build trust and rapport with prospective students through high-energy, student-centered conversations
Manage a personal pipeline, making 80+ calls daily, conducting interviews, and following up consistently via structured phone, text, and email
Maintain clean, accurate documentation that supports seamless handoffs between Admissions, Financial Aid, and Onboarding
We build real relationships, offer honest encouragement, and provide the structure students need to make confident, informed choices.
However, we can support H-1B transfers and are able to sponsor TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican citizens.

Experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or another student/customer-facing role
Tuesday-Thursday in-office)

For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
