The Director of Sport Performance must follow the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC), and all University and Minnesota State regulations.

Master's Degree in Exercise Science or related field
5 years' experience working college Football, Men/Women's Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Softball, Men/Women's Cross Country, Men/Women's Track and Field, Wrestling, Golf, Swim & Dive, Baseball, and Adaptive sports.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve program effectiveness (performance outcomes, efficiency, athlete availability).
Ability to translate complex sport science concepts into practical training methods

Job Description

Minimum Qualifications
Certified in CSCS or working torwards CSCS(Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA) or SCCC (Strength and Conditioning Coach Certification through CSCC)
