Responsibilities
- Identify and perform minor repairs to structural surfaces including walls, ceiling, and floors; including light repainting of walls
- Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace including the identification of hazards in storage and paths of egress
- Develop and maintain relationship with building management and maintenance
- Be familiar with rules and regulations of building usage
- Respond to facilities support requests as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Facilities experience
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $28-31/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
