About the role

  • Established in 2024, the Jewish Security Network (JSN) is an independent security agency dedicated to empowering the Jewish community to proactively safeguard itself. Working in partnership with law enforcement and other security organizations, JSN promotes a culture of personal responsibility, vigilance, and preparedness.
  • A key area of focus for JSN is event security planning. As the number and scope of community events continue to grow, JSN is expanding its Event Security team and is seeking to add an Assistant Manager, Event Security to support the delivery of safe, well-coordinated, and effective security operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a system that receives event security requests.
  • Lead Volunteers as needed
  • Collaborate with Training and Volunteer Department
  • Develop security plans
  • Supervise guard forces, support paid duty officers and adjust security posture as conditions evolve.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, military, or a related protective services field.
  • You can move from a casual to formal environment with ease.

Compensation

  • The salary for this position is $75,000 plus benefits.
