Responsibilities
- Provide project-centric support to our PIE consultants across multiple projects, stakeholders, and responsibilities
- Build and maintain membership of PIE communities by recruiting executives via phone and email outreach
- Manage logistics for virtual client roundtables, training programs, and live events
- Maintain an accurate and detailed database of client information via Salesforce CRM software, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with project teams, client teams, and community members to build strong client relationships, drive community engagement, and meet client expectations
- Create and prepare presentation decks, reports, and documents for external distribution to clients, members, and internal operating teams
- Contribute to internal initiatives with a solutions-oriented approach (e.g. research projects, company culture and team building, internal training sessions)

Requirements
- To succeed in this role, individuals must be efficient, highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate professionally with senior executives and internal teams.
- This role is adaptive, requiring the ability to pivot between priorities and/or changing business needs.
- We are looking for motivated individuals who embrace responsibility, have a keen eye for detail, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and perform well under pressure.
- Project Coordinators are eager to learn and improve organizational efficiency, enjoy working autonomously, and are not afraid to pick up the phone and call an executive office anywhere in the world.
- Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities across several projects.
- Successful candidates will have a collaborative spirit, a solution-oriented mindset, and a willingness to contribute to client and internal initiatives.
- PIE operates on Microsoft 365 platforms.

Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Salesforce are preferred.
