Responsibilities
- Maintain fluency in all aspects of tax compliance.
- Identify and implement improvements to processes, systems, and communications to enhance team effectiveness and responsiveness.
- Participate in ad hoc meetings to support tax initiatives for Financial Advisor teams.
- Identify additional opportunities to increase value delivered to clients and support revenue growth for Wealth Enhancement Tax & Consulting Services (WETCS) and Financial Advisor teams.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with Financial Advisor teams and clients.
- Serve as a subject matter partner to internal support teams.
- Develop and implement training plans for non-tax staff as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team effectiveness and satisfaction.
Compensation
- In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
