Responsibilities

  • Drive graphics, display, and/or RISC-V IP ideas from definition through modeling and architecture, to design and implementations, with participation in all stages.
  • Implement and evaluate architectures with modeling to identify choke points, tradeoffs, and to guide design efforts.
  • Collaborate with other subject matter experts at NXP to develop key technologies to differentiate.
  • Facilitate design development efforts, performance estimation, and performance analysis through methodology and hands-on contributions.
  • Influence and collaborate with teammates on related projects, potentially including DSP and RISC-V CPU development, or related IP.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's required
  • Master's preferred in EE, Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in architecture, modeling, design
  • Very strong problem solving skills required
  • Solid understanding of C++, scripting, RTL, performance evaluation
  • Background in Graphics and Display Controller concepts
  • Background in RISC-V
  • Experience with Graphics, Display Controller, RISC-V IP development
