Responsibilities
- Independently lead end-to-end research studies, including literature review, study design, analysis plan development, data analysis, results interpretation, and dissemination of findings.
- Write and maintain data analysis code to process, wrangle, and analyze data, along with documentation detailing analyses performed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate project status and timelines to key stakeholders, and learn quickly to be able to efficiently produce research outputs across a variety of clinical areas.
- Work collaboratively with communications, marketing, clinical researchers, product and engineering teams to drive project success.
- Self-starter: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements
- Experience with statistical programming and knowledge of time-series analyses, survival analyses, and longitudinal data analyses.
- Scientific publication or scientific writing: 3+ years of experience developing research publications or other scientific writing
- Cross-functional collaboration: 3+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating research findings and needs to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Publication or presentation experience in these therapeutic areas is preferred.
- Scientific publications: 2+ publications (can include conference abstracts), at least 1 as first author.
