About the role
- In-person work will be conducted at the client site in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain relationships with domestic and international private sector and government partners
- Manage partner communications, including inbox monitoring, responding to inquiries, and routing requests to appropriate internal teams
- Coordinate and disseminate partner notifications, alerts, advisories, and operational messaging related to threats and vulnerabilities
- Monitor open-source and internal reporting to identify emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and geopolitical trends impacting partners
- Track partner engagement activities, requests, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and operational continuity
- Support stakeholder engagements by coordinating logistics, developing agendas, drafting talking points, and producing summary reports or memos
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational planning, stakeholder briefings, and engagement events
- Draft, edit, and disseminate partner-facing communications, products, and materials
- Experience working with international partners or in an international relations capacity
- Experience managing partner communications, engagement tracking, and operational coordination
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship (required by the federal government for this position)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., cybersecurity, information systems, international relations, or related discipline)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint); experience with Project, Confluence, or Jira is a plus

Compensation
- $67,355.00 - $114,503.00
