  • YOUR MISSION - Independently perform various advanced administrative tasks; - Manage the schedules of the Chief Executive Officer - Show Operations; - Organize and coordinate meeting logistics; - Coordinate business travel, expense accounts, and all travel logistics for the Chief and certain division directors; - Draft communications, correspondence, and various texts in French and English; - Draft minutes for certain meetings of the Chief Executive Officer - Show Operations; - Coordinate logistics for special professional and social occasions (conferences, forums, events, galas, etc.) that the CEOs are required to attend; - Provide administrative support; - Contribute to various Talent and Revenue projects and programs; - Coordinate the sending of invitations to various activities (employee premieres, celebrations, etc.); - Coordinate the distribution of Ovation gifts; - Liaise with the various departments and divisions of Cirque.
  • YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE - Experience working with senior management; - At least ten (10) years of relevant experience; - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; - Excellent sense of priorities, organization, and teamwork; - Keen sense of diplomacy, discretion, professional maturity, and judgment; - Independence, thoroughness, and tact; - High availability, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure; - Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing and preparing presentations; - Experience in event planning and/or management will be considered an asset; - Proven bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written).
