About the role
- Keep Our Operations Running, Safely and Smoothly At Lineage, you'll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7.
- Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment and facility control systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on ammonia refrigeration systems, upholding strict safety and compliance standards.
- Adhere to the design specifications of the refrigeration systems through periodic testing and inspections.
- Document maintenance activities and communicate updates to leadership.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace and support continuous improvement efforts.
- We'll ask you for your opinion and ensure we do our part to keep you developing and engaged as we grow our business.
Requirements
- Qualifications 3+ year of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia) Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.
- Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
