About the role
- Purpose: The Shift Lead supports the Production Manager in achieving daily production goals by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Lead the shift team, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Purpose: The Shift Lead supports the Production Manager in achieving daily production goals by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
- Lead the shift team, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Write, modify, and verify G-code programs as required.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- technical/vocational school diploma highly preferred
- At least 3 ½ years of experience as a setup operator required
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand units of measure and record information
- Must read, understand and follow documented procedures and instructions
- Have operational experience with saws, drilling, lathes and milling machines tool and light hand tools.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that arise during the manufacturing process
- Must be able to read and understand technical drawings
- Reliability and quality awareness.
- Must be willing to travel to the German Headquarters
