- You are a proven leader with a STEM degree and four years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
Nice to have
- STEM Degree and 4 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to analyze and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
- Strong mathematical skills, including algebra and geometry
- Practical problem-solving skills with a variety of concrete variables
- Proficiency in operating computers and using word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
