About the role

  • The Construction Survey Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our field survey crews and project managers by coordinating construction staking efforts and preparing accurate proposals and estimates.
  • This hybrid role requires both strong organizational skills and technical knowledge to bridge the gap between the field, office, and client.

Responsibilities

  • Track project progress and proactively manage deadlines, materials, and crew workloads
  • Estimating & Proposal Support
  • Collaborate with survey managers and engineers to develop project scope and cost breakdowns
  • Maintain cost databases and historical pricing information

Requirements

  • Analyze construction documents, specifications, and plans to determine required services
  • 4+ years of experience in land surveying, with at least 2 years in construction staking coordination
  • 2+ years of experience in estimating survey work or related civil engineering services.
  • Strong understanding of land development processes and construction documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and project management software
