Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • May be required to climb, lift, push, pull, kneel, or perform other physically demanding tasks.
  • Must be able to safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other tools (following proper training).
  • Required to adhere to all site-specific policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • The physical demands described below represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role:
  • Overtime and Saturday work may be required.

  • The Millwork Shop Labor worker will provide entry-level support across all areas of millwork, warehouse operations, and construction projects.
  • Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Millwork Shop
  • Pulls orders, including cabinets, hardware, sheet goods, and finished materials.
  • Gathers materials for stock items and cabinet/flatpack assembly.
  • Keeps machines and work areas clean and organized.
  • Replace dull saw blades, sanding belts, jointer blades, planer blades, and shaper bits as needed.
