Responsibilities
- Develops technology roadmaps for complex products, platforms, systems, software, and technology across multiple engineering disciplines, platforms
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends, defining and driving transformation steps in the organization needed in the field to meet future demands.
- Provides consultation, design input, and feedback for new product development and design reviews across multiple organizations and architectures.
- Works closely with product management, engineering stakeholders from related departments and empower the teams to deliver outstanding and impactful results, while ensuring strategic alignment to achieve developmental goals.
- Initiates industry-leading research and development, serving as a recognized lead authority internally and externally.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to less-experienced staff members to set an example of engineering design innovation and excellence.
- Typically has 12+ years of work experience, preferably in engineering design, engineering design tools and software packages, or a related field.
- Develops technology roadmaps for complex products, platforms, systems, software, and technology across multiple engineering disciplines, platforms; identifies gaps and solutions for future growth.
- The role encompasses developing comprehensive technology roadmaps for intricate products, platforms, systems, and software and fostering innovation.
- The role actively collaborates with diverse stakeholders, empowering teams, and ensuring strategic alignment to achieve developmental objectives.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $174,050 to $278,450 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
