Responsibilities
- Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations, ensuring coordinated progress across multiple solutions, teams, and client partners.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive collaborators, developing positive relationships and maintaining alignment on scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain coordinated program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and program-level reporting in accordance with Ripple Treasury's delivery standards.
- Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns
- drive issue resolution across internal and external teams with urgency and ownership.
- Partner with Project Managers on individual engagements, providing mentorship, quality oversight, and support for blocking issues as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to align delivery execution with client objectives and company priorities.
- Contribute to PMO capability-building, including playbook development, methodology refinement, and team mentoring, as the practice scales.
- Experience working across internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators (SIs) or global consulting firms.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes
- experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus.
