Build and lead one of eBay's Global Shipping teams, hire new engineers, develop individuals and team.

You can clearly articulate your thought process and are proficient in translating between engineering and business people.
Technical Expertise: You have led large engineering efforts and projects, either greenfield or developed on established technology stacks.
With your deep architectural and engineering knowledge, you can guide the team to find the best solution for the problem at hand.
Leadership: Running teams, leading discussions and making decision are part of your expertise.
Removing roadblocks and helping the team deliver great quality products to our customers come easy to you.
You thrive at mentoring, coaching, and growing people to reach their full potential.
Communication: As a key partner and interface between engineering teams, product management and the business, you are just as good at listening as you are at communicating.

You have experience in managing tech leads, other engineering managers across different locations and time zones.
