The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, data-driven Product Manager with experience leading new product development and managing product portfolios from concept through commercialization.
Serve as the Voice of the Customer by conducting market research, gathering end-user insights, and translating findings into actionable product strategies.
Proven success leading new product development and commercialization efforts.

Overview The Fountainhead Group is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, commercialization, and performance of assigned product categories across consumer and professional markets.
This individual leverages customer insights, market research, business analytics, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities, guide product decisions, and drive innovation.
Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans that align with business objectives and market opportunities.
Lead new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization using a structured phase-gate process.
Analyze customer insights, market trends, competitive activity, and product performance to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.
Manage assigned product portfolios, including pricing, profitability, margin optimization, and lifecycle performance.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing to successfully launch and support new products.
Support sales initiatives through product expertise, customer presentations, and business reviews.
Manage relationships with assigned licensing partners, supporting product development, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
