About the role
- Assist team members with assessment reviews, including participation in appeals and hearings with taxing authorities.
- Prepare reports and analyses supporting DMA's recommendations.
- Submit periodic status reports and prepare Reports of Findings for clients.
Responsibilities
- The role involves research, analysis, reporting, and collaboration with team members to deliver high-quality state and local tax consulting services.
- Support production and invoicing processes.
- Work independently on routine matters and collaborate closely on more complex cases.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Requirements
- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 1-3 years of experience; property tax, valuation, or accounting preferred.
