About the role

  • Verify, index and code invoices in OpenInvoice
  • Prepare journal entries, and reporting in SAP
  • Effectively communicate and escalate issues/information on a timely basis to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable

  • Provide timely support to resolve issues with vendor invoicing, credits and payments
  • Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for providing support to a full-cycle Accounts Payable team.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with OpenInvoice, and SAP is an asset
  • Experience working with MSOffice is an asset
  • Ability to contribute to a dynamic organization with large growth ambitions
