About the role
- Verify, index and code invoices in OpenInvoice
- Prepare journal entries, and reporting in SAP
- Effectively communicate and escalate issues/information on a timely basis to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable
Responsibilities

- Provide timely support to resolve issues with vendor invoicing, credits and payments
- Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for providing support to a full-cycle Accounts Payable team.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with OpenInvoice, and SAP is an asset
- Experience working with MSOffice is an asset
- Ability to contribute to a dynamic organization with large growth ambitions
