About the role
- We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Talent team to help acquire top-tier revenue-generating talent for mission-critical roles across Ethos' business.
- High energy and persuasion skills: High enthusiasm and the ability to effectively pitch Ethos' vision and close competitive sales talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for high-impact revenue roles (including Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and GTM functions) in close collaboration with sales leadership and senior management.
- Drive Go-To-Market Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for high-impact revenue roles (including Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and GTM functions) in close collaboration with sales leadership and senior management.
- Partner with Sales Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to sales hiring managers, providing market insights, compensation trends, and data-driven recruiting recommendations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years specifically dedicated to sales/GTM recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- High enthusiasm and the ability to effectively pitch Ethos' vision and close competitive sales talent.
- Detail-Oriented: Thorough, data-driven, and possesses a very high attention to detail.

- The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $170,000.
