Responsibilities
- Perform treatments as pertains to a NYS non-licensed technician
- Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (note taking, compressions, mechanical ventilator
- Maintain excellent working relationships between the ICU/ES and other departments
- Maintain excellent communication with the veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and other staff members
- A multidisciplinary team of 140+ veterinarians across 20+ specialties: With over 20 specialties and services under one roof, our departments frequently work together to deliver the highest quality of patient care in the veterinary field.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must have animal handling experience, and be able to restrain all species
- Must have ability to remain composed in stressful and emergency situations
- Must be able to follow detailed protocols
- Must be able to work successfully as part of a team
