- Lead underwriting for Corporate and Specialty Risk accounts, delivering both disciplined risk selection and profitable growth.

- Navigate, maintain, and leverage Salesforce to support pipeline and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with underwriters across product lines to ensure seamless coordination on complex accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trusted, long‑standing relationships with brokers and clients.

Compensation
- The salary band for this position ranges from $105,000 to $125,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
- Compelling rewards package including base compensation, eligibility for annual bonus, retirement savings, share plan, health benefits, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities.
- Competitive vacation package with the option to purchase 5 extra days off per year.

- We're looking for a high‑impact Casualty Underwriter Specialist to join our Global Corporate & Specialty Risk division-an exciting portfolio that spans large corporate accounts (with or without international exposure) and complex mid‑market primary or monoline excess/umbrella casualty risks.
- In this role, you'll take the lead on underwriting new and renewal business, partnering closely with brokers and clients while driving the continued growth of our GCS portfolio across Canada.
