About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with engineering, operations, finance, and business development to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time.
- Spend time in the field - including warehouse and dispatch environments - during beta testing and product launches to validate product decisions and drive adoption with frontline teams.
- Identify inefficiencies and workflow gaps across operations and build the product case for addressing them.
- Ensure thorough documentation, data integrity, and process standardization across all systems you own.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and communicate roadmap progress clearly and consistently.
- Hands-on approach to product work, including comfort with field-based engagement such as warehouse visits, user training sessions, and post-launch support.
- present in the field, embedded with the teams who use what we build, and accountable for driving real adoption - not just shipping features.
- You will own your roadmap end to end, from problem definition through discovery, delivery, and adoption, and you will manage up, manage across, and stay close to the work.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial operations or workflow automation tools is a plus.
