About the role
- Our documentation is a core product surface and often the first interface that developers encounter, so it must clearly reflect the system's actual behavior.
- You will improve how documentation is structured, generated, and maintained at scale using tooling, automation, and AI, while driving clarity, usability, and self-serve integration.
- This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Ontario or British Columbia, Canada.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years writing for developer audiences, including APIs and SDKs
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration workflows
- Experience with OpenAPI or Swagger in API-first environments
- Proven ability to improve documentation clarity, structure, and usability
- Experience using AI or automation to scale documentation workflows
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payments with knowledge of integrations
- Strong understanding of developer experience and information architecture
- Experience with SDK documentation across web or mobile.
- Familiarity with developer onboarding flows and sandbox environments.
